ten months!

Josephine is ten months old.  So hard to believe that the time has gone by so quickly.  Only two more months until she is one year...craziness!  J has lots of new tricks up her sleeve.  Her favorite thing to do these days is pull to stand up, then sit down, then stand up, then sit down, repeat, repeat, repeat.  Unfortunately she also figured out how to do this in her crib which has made for interesting midnight play sessions.  She's still learning how to lay herself back down when she's tired.  Josephine now has two bottom teeth as well, so that hasn't made sleeping easy either.

We are having lots of fun seeing all Josephine's new skills.  Her favorite phrase these days is "mmm...baa" and she's pointing to objects all the time.  Daddy likes to quiz Josephine about where her favorite things are...the clock, the kitty, the fan, the sheep...and she often looks right to the object that he named.  She's definitely listening to us!  One of our nightly activities is to go on walks before bed time.  It's a nice way to end the evening and Josephine gets so excited when Matt puts on the baby carrier.

We had a fun adventure last weekend and went to visit our friends Megan, Matt, and their daughter Addie in Montana.  Addie and Josephine had a great time playing.  I'm so looking forward to these girls spending lots of adventures together...just like their mamas have done!
