happy birthday josephina!

We had a whirlwind birthday week that included two parties, multiple present opening sessions, and lots of mama and daddy saying "can you believe it's been a whole year"?  It seems like time has flown, but at the same time our daily routine is so different, it's hard to remember what life was like back then.  I often look at Matt in the evenings when we're playing with Josephine or going for a walk and think, "what the hell did we do with our time before her?"  Who knows.  Who cares.  I am so happy with our little family my heart is bursting at the seams.  This year has been absolutely amazing.  And we have an amazing little girl to thank for that.
