first hair cut

We said goodbye to Josephine's baby hair today and she got her first haircut.  Mostly because she couldn't keep it out of her eyes.  I wasn't thinking it was going to be a big deal, but it definitely makes me realize that my baby is now a full-on toddler.  I told her before bed today that even though sometimes I get sad because she's growing up so fast, I never stop being proud of her new talents, adventures, and growing spirit.
